About Mazie
Whole-person wellness, rooted in science
Mazie takes a holistic approach to wellness — addressing the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of her clients' lives. Her methods are rooted in science-backed practices and enriched by experience across many unique settings. She is a certified nutritionist, health coach, and trauma-sensitive yoga teacher, with additional certifications from the Loma Linda Lifestyle Medicine Institute's CHIP program and the UMASS Center for Mindfulness in MBSR. She has also trained yoga teachers worldwide through Yoga Alliance certification programs.
